“It was an awesome week racing at the Andalusian Olympic regatta in Cadiz, Spain. The organization ran 15 races over 4 days and we had a range of conditions from 8 up to 18 knots. The competition was well organized and we had a great time.   It was fun to meet some new people in the foiling scene, having come from RSX.  It was my first foil event and it totally blew my mind, the racing is crazy fun and I’m really looking forward to the coming season.”

Sam spent his time prior to the event Foil training in Portugal & Tarifa with foil expert and team rider Sam Ross.

Sam’s kit setup:
9.0 Severne Hyperglide 2
Starboard 91 foil board
Starboard Foil

We’ve been based in Vilamoura but have had the opportunity to travel a couple of times to Martinhal, Sagres for some different conditions.
Everyone is doing really well and pushing their foil limits. I’m looking forward to having a solid GB Foil Team.”
